Rattler

Kenku Monk (Open Hand)

Rattler is a hunter for hire, a bounty hunter. The tough and dirty streets of Waterdeep his hunting grounds. Hunting in the city takes special weaponry his master taught him. Rattler sobs and sighs when he remembers his master. Both sounds seem alien coming from him. The sob sounds as if coming from a giant of a man, holding back a tear, whilst the sigh seems to come from a young woman tired of her boring life. 

The mimicking of sounds is his most powerful weapon in this urban jungle. Rattler learned that humans are easily drawn to noises they can recognize in the dark. Rattler has learned to pick up as many sounds from the city as he can. One of the first sounds he learned was that of rattling ball and chain. The ball and chain that he was born into and raised in before his master taught him the fighting ways. The sound he first mimicked. The sound that gave him his name. 

Rattler. The sound his targets perceive when he strikes them with his fists and claws.

Retired (session 13): He finally found his wings, by joining the crew of a skyship.
