Session 10

Heroes: Caerwyn, Tylkilia, Varyss

The Harpers teleport the Heroes to Beorunna's Well, where they meet with Zephyros. The giant suggests they inspect the barbarian holy site. Having defeated the evil tribesmen guarding the site, the Heroes recover an ancient relic, a giant-sized horn made from the tusk of a mammoth. They entrust the horn to Zephyros, and then return all together to Everlund.

Next, the Heroes travel to Zymorven hall to recover the dragonlayer sword. At the keep they find Lord Harthos Zymorven, who reports that the sword has been stolen by his son Harthal, who then escaped to Yartar. 

The Heroes teleport to Yartar, where they find Harthal in jail. They investigate the matter, and find out that the corrupt watch captain Tholzar Brenner has framed him for a murder he did not commit, in order to steal the sword. With careful use of guile and magic, the Heroes reveal the nefarious plot, and bring the watch captain to justice.

Session 9

Heroes: Caerwyn, Varyss, Vigath

The Heroes buy a cart, a couple of draft horses, and hire some farmers in Calling Horns to retrieve the 1,000 pounds adamantine piece from the swamp. Then they travel to Everlund.

In Everlund, thanks to the badge of honour they received in Triboar, they come in contact with the Harpers, who give them access to a network of teleportation circles connecting major locations in the north.

Through the magical network the Heroes travel to Mirabar, where they find a buyer for one of the pieces of adamantine. Having secured quite a fortune, the heroes turn their attention back to the issue with the giants.

With a sending spell, Caerwyn contacts the cloud giant Zephyros, learning that he has been attacked and he has lost his flying tower. He tells them he's near Beorunna's Well, a holy place of the northern barbarians. With the Harpers' assistance, the Heroes prepare to travel to their giant ally to help him out.

Session 8

Heroes: Caerwyn, Rattler, Vigath

The road to Yartar is riddled with perils, from bandits to more roaming giants. When the Heroes reach Yartar, they find that the attacking frost giants they heard about have already left the town. The Heroes replenish their supplies, and continue their travels to Everlund.

On their way, they chance upon the town of Calling Horn, where they're hired by the lady of the burg to investigate some troubles in the nearby Evermoors. There they find a fire giant and his troll servants looking for more lost adamantine parts of the Vonindod, a magical construct of great power that the fire giant lord Duke Zalto hopes to control. The Heroes kill the evil creatures, and recover the adamantine piece for themselves. 

Session 7

Heroes: Caerwyn, Varyss, Vigath

From their fire giant captive, the Heroes learn that Duke Zalto, a powerful fire giant lord, is looking for the missing pieces of the Vonindod, a construct of great power built to destroy dragons. With the help of a magical divining rod, the fire giants scour the North in search of the admantine parts needed to control the construct. The Heroes take the rod, hoping to find the pieces for themselves.

 

Before they leave Triboar, they're tasked by the Lord Protector to visit Everlund, where help can be found to fight the giants. From the innkeeper Urgala they also get information on where to acquire a giant slayer weapon on their way to Everlund. With their horses loaded with provisions, the Heroes leave Triboar behind.

 

They travel on the road to Everlund for a few days, encountering more giants pillaging the countryside. Many refugees come their way, escaping from the town of Yartar, where frost giants have been sighted. The Heroes make their way east, hoping to reach Yartar before the town falls.

Session 6

Heroes: Caerwyn, Rattler, Vigath, Varyss, Tylkilia

The Heroes are still in Triboar when disaster strikes. A warband of orcs riding axebeaks attacks the town, led by a pair of fire giants! The Heroes rapidly rise to the challenge to protect the townsfolk, and engage the creatures in battle. They succeed in defeating both the orcs and the giants, and discover that the huge creatures were digging in a specific spot to retrieve something. Having taken one of the giants prisoner, the Heroes turn their attention to the next peril.

A group of heavily armed orogs is roaming the streets, while little nasty magmin set fire to the houses of Triboar. With careful use of magic and blades, the Heroes put the magmin to sleep and slaughter the orogs. The day is saved, but there is a lot to rebuild, and many questions to be answered.

Session 5

Triboar

Heroes: Caerwyn, Varyss, Tylkilia

The flying tower arrives at Triboar, and the Heroes say goodbye to Zephyros. They then find their way to the Lion's Share, and meet with Alaestra Ulgar, to inform her about her ex-husband's demise. The woman is saddened by the news, but thankful for the Heroes' efforts.

Believing them to be able adventurers,  she hires them for a quest. Someone broke inside her vault, and stole all the trading post's savings. If they can find the culprit, she will reward them accordingly.

The Heroes find a few clues leading them to the local groundkeepers, who was in turn blackmailed by the innkeeper of the Talking Troll to perform the theft. The Heroes uncover the mystery, and the villains are secured in the tower's dungeons.

The day after, the Heroes earn more accolades when they solve the case of a missing dwarf, whose bones are still kept in the attic of his own house, where his wife murdered him for his unfaithfulness. When they deliver the deranged widow to the tower, they receive the thanks of the Lord Protector Darathra Shendrel.

Session 4

Heroes: Rattler, Varyss, Tylkilia, Vigath 

 After finishing off the ogres, our heroes found the scared villagers in chains. After freeing them, they return to Nightstone, take a deserved rest and help with rebuilding the town.

One of the villagers they saved is the dwarf Morak Ur'Gray, owner of the nightstone Inn. Morak's friend and neighbor, Darthag Ulgar, was eaten by giant rats. Darthag ran the Lionshield Coster trading post in Nightstone, and his ex-wife runs a similar trading post in Triboar. Morak asks the Heroes to travel to Triboar and deliver the sad news of Darthag's passing to Alaestra Ulgar.

During the last day of their stay, a floating tower moves towards the town. And upon it's arrival a clouded stair appears, inviting our heroes into the tower. Suspiciously, our heroes climb the stairs and enter the tower where they encounter a friendly cloud giant named Zephyros. He tells them that this is no chance encounter and that they are destined to bring balance to the chaos that has fallen over the ordning of the Giant.

Although he does not know were or how our heroes will fulfill hes prophecy, Zephyros will bring our adventurers to their destination on his floating tower. And over the 10 days it takes the cloud to get to Triboar, our champions have a few chance encounters, including a few cultist seeking allies to bring forth their apocalypse, and a strike team from the Lord's Alliance looking for troubles.
